只好停好車先到轉運站逛逛
臺灣的美好,是慢慢從生活中感受到的
臺北在改變,

頓時以為自己出國了

顛覆過去我不少的感受
倒不是食物有多特別
而是”文化”的交融
不是因為大家都帶著名牌包、腳蹬超閃鞋
而是多元文化以及經營理念帶來的氛圍

讓人自在卻吸睛

這裡只是整個W hotel的Lobby
但一進來服務人員的親切問候,看工作人員之間的溝通態度神情
隱約能感受到這個集團的不同
到底是什麼吸引全世界菁英名人入住呢?

在這兒工作,語言是個重要的工具

一出電梯,才知道原來10樓不只有西餐廳
還有轉往入住房間的電梯以及W hotel住房部的接待服務中心
這兒的員工親切,但有一種讓我很喜愛的”自信”
微笑,而不失開心
這在以往的飯店經驗中並不常見

也不乏裝置藝術

我是在這兒碰見舒淇的…
但她快閃我來不及拍照啊!

我不媚外,但這兒的國際化從賓客入住、員工用語、以及服務上可見真彰
至少入住的人素質與氣質禮儀都讓人舒服而自在,卻不失應有的規矩

座位用明亮的黃色椅墊來呼應牆上的黃,讓人很舒服

餐廳外頭則是游泳池
有吸煙區…秋天坐外面應該也舒服~

泳池中有游泳的人兒,真佩服他們呢!

不讓人急燥

牆上的簡易,似乎說著食物應有的簡單,提味
入座後,服務人員說明著若有需要茶或咖啡,請直接告知,
飲料則請自取

麵包區種類不多,
歐式麵包,
讓孩子們興奮的是這一堆蜂蜜~
有柴燒、柳丁等等的蜜,
友人說味道還不賴

新鮮的果汁利用玻璃瓶裝出吸引人的感覺
人人桌上都有好幾瓶

更了不起的是,一瓶果汁剛好是這樣的杯子一杯….

隱約聽見服務人員說明,目前的餐食主題是泰式料理
桌間也會有一些特色餐點到桌推薦
泰式奶茶等等….

如果硬要說the kitchen table的餐點,
我想吃巧比吃飽或吃到樣式來說更為重要

倒是在這裡不會因為用餐時間快到而不補餐
隨時都有的親切禮遇也讓我印象深刻

利用顏色所營造出來的飲食感受,不只吃到了,連眼睛都感受到了
當然,外國人多,也是一個不錯的利多~練英文的好機會
倒是要說寫出一個好吃的評比,單就食物而言,我自己比較喜歡艾美的食材…

現烤的pizza跟印度餅,非常好吃

這個壽司抬很受西方人推薦,都是金髮碧眼的客人排隊

我點的拿鐵,2次都煮很久
但他們沒有忘….這是讓我很砑異的…

雖然他們並沒有特別標出蔬食,但考量到蔬食者,整個沙拉抬上有不少涼菜是蔬食烹調的…

不過也造成我的困擾了
因為標示的位置跟食物的擺放不一致
根本不太能正確的得知內容物

但夠吃飽了

起初我問了洗手間要往哪兒去
這是幼兒園老師的通病,飯前一定要洗手
可是我一進廁所居然沒以洗手台
更讓我尷尬不已的是,女生廁所在哪??

這兒的廁所不分男女,
每一間廁所都長這樣…
